Proche de synagogues, de la piscine (10 minutes de marche), de cafés, restaurants, de la résidence du président, proche du Musée Islamique d'art. Plusieurs bus peuvent vous mener à toutes les parties de Jérusalem. Seulement 40 minutes de marche pour la vieille ville, le Kotel, Via Dolorosa, 20 minutes de la rue King David, 25 minutes du centre-ville, 20 minutes de Dereh Beit Lehem, 40 minutes du musée d'Israel, Knesset … 
Dans cette maison tout confort, 4 personnes peuvent dormir : 2 dans la chambre à coucher et 2 dans le salon sur le canapé. 
Dans la grande salle de bain une double douche . Dans la chambre à coucher, deux grands lits identiques (90X200 chacun). Dans le salon un canapé face à la TV. Une cuisine Casher entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous pouvez avoir besoin : réfrigérateur avec un petit congélateur, micro-ondes, un évier en inox, une plaque électrique double, service laitier. Un coin-repas avec une table que vous pouvez agrandir si vous avez besoin. Un emplacement pour votre ordinateur portable avec une petite table de travail. 
Un climatiseur indépendant dans chaque pièce pour l'été (air froid) et l'hiver (appareil de chauffage). 
La TV 32" avec toutes les chaînes dont vous avez besoin, connectée au satellite et Internet WiFi.

L’exterieur est tout aussi agréable que l’interieur. En effet, pour ceux qui désirent continuer à entretenir la planète et être gardien de l’environnement meme en vacances une « poubelle à composte » est installée de facon à pouvoir y jeter toutes les déchets naturels (épluchures, pelures, trognons, …). A l’exterieur aussi, et surtout, un beau et grand jardin privatif, exclusivement pour les locataires de cet appartement, dans lequel vous pouvez vous installer pour prendre votre repas, du petit-dejeuner au diner en passant par le déjeuner, il y fait quasi à toutes les heures de la journée, très agréable. Vous pourrez aussi vous installer pour y lire, travailler et surtout vous reposer calmement au son du gazouillement des oiseaux.

Tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer du bon temps dans cet appartement. 
C'est un appartement non fumeur. Les animaux ne sont pas admis.

The 32 "TV with all the channels you need , connected to satellite and wireless Internet .
The exterior is just as nice as the inside. Indeed, for those who wish to continue to maintain the planet and be stewards of the environment even on vacation a "compost bin" is installed way to be able to throw all the natural waste ( peelings , peels , cores , ... ) . On the outside also, and especially, a large and beautiful private garden exclusively for tenants of this apartment , where you can sit and enjoy your meal, breakfast lunch to dinner through lunch , there is almost every hour of the day , very nice.
